Mid Term PTM Notice for Grades 5 to 12
Dear Parents,
To comply with government directives, we have preponed our exams to November and are conducting Practice tests in the month of October. To let you know about the progress of your child, we have decided to conduct the Mid-Term PTM from 5th to 9th of October. In case you are unable to attend the PTM on a specific day due to pre-engagement, you may choose another day. It is mandatory for all parents to attend the PTM. Please complete the Google form and save your PTM preferences. The form will be open till Tuesday, 3rd October 2023.

* In-Person Parent-Teacher Meeting: on Thursday, 5th October 2023 from 12:30 pm to 3:15pm.
* In-Person Parent-Teacher Meeting: on Sunday, 8th October 2023 from 2:20 pm to 3:15pm.
* Online Parent-Teacher Meeting: on Monday, 9th October 23 between 2:20 pm and 3:15pm. (Meeting link will be shared after collecting the inputs)
Many of the Class Teachers are also Subject teachers, so when you visit the campus on Thursday, 5th October 2023 and Sunday, 8th October 2023, directions and a list of teachers assigned to classrooms will be posted near the entrance and the Lifts so that you can find the subject teachers who are assigned to different classrooms. You may also take the help from the Class teacher.
For those students availing school transportation: For those parents who have not chosen to attend the PTM on 5th October 2023, school transportation will be provided for their child at 12:30pm. All other students will leave with their parents after the PTM.

প্রিয় অভিভাবক,
বাংলাদেশ সরকারের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে আমরা আগামী নভেম্বর মাসে অর্ধবার্ষিক (মিড টার্ম) পরীক্ষার পরিকল্পনা করেছি। ‘প্রেকটিস টেষ্ট’ গুলো অক্টোবর মাসে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
আপনার সন্তানের সামগ্রিক অগ্রগতি আলোচনার জন্য আগামী ৫ থেকে ৯ অক্টোবর পিটিএম অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। পিটিএম-এ যোগদান করা সকল অভিভাবকদের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক।
অর্ধবার্ষিক (মিড টার্ম) পিটিএম জন্য আগামী ৫ অক্টোবর, বৃহষ্পতিবার নিয়মিত ক্লাসগুলো দুপুর ১২.১৫তে শেষ হয়ে যাবে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ে শ্রেণিশিক্ষকদের সাথে নির্দিষ্ট শ্রেণিকক্ষে দেখা করা যাবে। অনেক শ্রেণিশিক্ষক একই সাথে বিষয়ভিত্তিক শিক্ষক। এ সকল শিক্ষকের নাম এবং তাঁদের বসার জন্যে নির্ধারিত শ্রেণিকক্ষের তালিকা এদিন স্কুলের প্রবেশমুখে এবং লিফটের পাশে পাওয়া যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে আপনারা শ্রেণি শিক্ষকদের সহযোগিতা নিতে পারেন।
স্কুলের যানবাহনের সুবিধাভোগী ছাত্রছাত্রীদের জন্যঃ
যে সকল অভিভাবকরা ৫ অক্টোবর, বৃহস্পতিবারের পিটিএম-এ অংশ নিতে অনিচ্ছুক তাদের সন্তানদের জন্য এদিন ১২.৩০-এ ক্যাম্পাস ত্যাগ করার জন্য স্কুলবাসের বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা থাকবে। অন্য ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা পিটিএম-এর পর তাদের অভিভাবকদের সাথে স্কুল ত্যাগ করবে।
