At Glenrich International School, parent relations are at the core of our mission. We believe in fostering a welcoming environment where every concern is treated with the utmost importance. To enhance our communication and ensure that your concerns are addressed swiftly and efficiently, we are pleased to introduce our dedicated Parent Relations Executives. They will be your one-point contact for any inquiries, concerns, or issues.

Calls received after working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
Please note the following guidelines in this regard:
Our Parent Relations Executives have been trained to speak politely, with respect and patience. We expect the same from the parents when they communicate with all our school staff including the PREs.
Mention the Name, Class and Section of your child in the subject line along with the query. Eg: John Doe, 2C – Lost locker key
Please be informed that resolution time may vary depending on the nature of the concern raised by the parent. PRE concerned shall keep the parent updated on the expected resolution time.
The PREs shall be available on phones for calls from 8:15 am to 4 pm on weekdays. Any call made before 8:15 am and after 4 pm may not be received. However, they will make every effort to get back to the caller during the office hours on the same day or the next working day.
You may continue to communicate with the subject teachers, class teacher, grade coordinator and head of the school concerned for your queries and concerns. These can be escalated to the Parent Relations Executive concerned if feel the necessity.
We are committed to addressing parent concerns as quickly as possible and hope that this system will make your experience smoother and more convenient. We are excited to offer this streamlined process to better serve you.
