Dear Parent,
Please be informed that the registration process of your child’s Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level May-June 2024 Board Exams will start from the month of January 2024. To process the registration smoothly, please acknowledge the information listed below:
1. Passport: Every student will have to have a valid passport (passport with validity till July 10th, 2024) during the Board Exam registration. Please make sure that your child is carrying a valid passport otherwise kindly take necessary measures for passport renewal.
2. Passport’s information: Cambridge will only accept a student’s personal information which matches with his/her passport. Please confirm the student’s Full Name, Date of Birth as printed on the passport. If you want to amend the passport information, please do it before the registration process starts.
3. Cross-checking Student’s Name: Please make sure that your child’s name in the passport and the school records are the same. If not, please write to [email protected] with a request to change the name as per your child’s passport. Please attach your child’s passport scanned copy while you write so that it may be amended correctly.
4. Email address: The school will communicate with parents and candidates only through email addresses which are listed in the school contact database. Please make sure you have provided the admission office with a valid and accessible email address. If you have changed your email address recently, please write to [email protected]

আপনাদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আপনার সন্তানের আইজিসিএস, এএস এবং এ লেভেল পর্যায়ের জুন-জুলাই ২০২৪ শিক্ষাবর্ষের বোর্ড পরীক্ষার রেজিস্টেশন জানুয়ারি ২০২৪ থেকে শুরু হবে। রেজিস্টেশন প্রক্রিয়াটি সুষ্ঠভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য নিচের দেওয়া বিষয় গুলো জানুন ও প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিন।
১। পাসপোর্ট – পরীক্ষার রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সময় প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রত্যেকের বৈধ পাসপোর্ট থাকতে হবে। আপনার সন্তান যেন অবশ্যই বৈধ পাসপোর্ট সাথে নিয়ে যায় এটি নিশ্চিত করবেন। প্রয়োজনে আপনার সন্তানের পাসপোর্টটি সময় মতো নবায়নের জন্য প্রেরণ করুন।
২। পাসপোর্টের তথ্য – ক্যামব্রিজ শিক্ষার্থীদের সেই তথ্য ই গ্রহণ করবে যা তাদের পাসপোর্টের সঙ্গে মেলে। অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার সন্তানের পুরো নাম ও পাসপোর্টে দেওয়া জন্মতারিখ নিশ্চিত করুন। আপনারা যদি পাসপোর্টের কোনো তথ্য সংশোধন করতে চান, তবে তা রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার আগে করে নেবেন।
৩। শিক্ষার্থীর নাম যাচাই করা- অনুগ্রহ করে নিশ্চিত করুন যে আপনার সন্তানের স্কুলে দেওয়া নাম ও পাসপোর্টে দেওয়া নাম একই আছে কি না। যদি একই না থাকে তবে [email protected]
ঠিকানায় লিখে পাসপোর্ট অনুযায়ী আপনার সন্তানের নাম পরিবর্তনের জন্য অনুরোধ করুন। যদি আপনি আপনার সন্তানের নামের সংশোধন লিখেন তবে তার সাথে আপনার সন্তানের পাসপোর্ট এর স্ক্যান কপি সংযুক্ত করবেন যেন আপনি সঠিক সংশোধনী পান। ৪। স্কুল ছাত্র-ছাত্রী ও অভিভাবক বৃন্দের সাথে শুধু মাত্র স্কুলের ই-মেইল আইডি থেকে যোগাযোগ করবে যা স্কুলের তথ্যশালায় সংরক্ষিত রয়েছে। অনুগ্রহ করে স্কুলের এডমিশন অফিসে আপনার একটি কার্যকর ই মেইল এড্রেস দেবেন। যদি আপনি আপনার ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করে থাকেন তবে নতুন ও কার্যকর ই-মেইল এড্রেস admission@dpsstsdhaka.
